Keypad

Anybody that has this phone-are you having any problems with the keys cracking/splitting like the W580's? Don't want to waste my money on a phone whose keypad is guaranteed to crack like the W580 did for me twice!!

there should be no problems with the keypad as far as the keys cracking(side note: at&t started honoring this problem through warranty with the w580i) because the keys arent built the same way. the 580 had kind of a "diving board" press to it and cracked if you pressed it toward the edge of the button. the 760 buttons are larger and offer better feedback

Ok thats good to hear. When I looked at it they seemed to be that same brittle plastic like the W580 but you are right they did feel different when I pressed them and at least have more surface area to displace the pressure of pushing the keys. I'm just jumpy after having 2 W580s that did it and then my sisters phone on top of that. Her's got warrantied, I just sent mine back after the 2nd one. Thanks!!

How can I keep the keypad locked when the phone is in the case? The phone fits so tightly that the keys are pressed and the battery is used from the light being on.
