Touch Cruise can easily be had from online mobile phone retailers. Price is somewhere inbetween $670 to $700.00.

US Touch Dual will be available sometime this or next month from Best Buy.

Essentially both, the Touch Cruise can be had right now from online merchants and Ebay.

The Touch Dual (US) will be sold this summer from BestBuy.
