Voice dial and speaker phone - I guess I'm clueless

Since the available manuals are completely useless on these subjects, how do I get either of these to work.
I've managed to set a voice dial for my home number but for the life of me I can't figure how to get it to dial when I say the word.
Also how to you activate/deactivate speaker phone.
I'm only an IT Consultant. I guess I'm not technical enough. 😁

For the speaker phone you need to use the touch screen and press the speaker button on the upper right hand corner during a call. Make sure your phone isnt locked. As for the voice dialing I believe you need to open that up from the menu.
