Don't really have a comment on the ringing but since your a regional manager, I've got a problem for you. My phone will not show a pic id when that person calls. I've taken it in and they said I have the latest software installed so flashing it won't help. They tried other Glimmers that they had in the store and they didn't work either. I have about 15 numbers in my contacts and I had one pic come up for a caller once. Does Alltel or LG know of this problem?
