Are there any special limitations or anything for the video? My mom has an Instinct and I was trying to load some videos on to it. The only one I had was a South Park clip on my BB Curve. I transferred it to her computer, then to her memory card (the software wouldn't let me add music or video) and the Instinct couldn't even see it.
What's the best music format? It was playing .m4a, but it didn't show album art and the name was just a file name, not the nice name it's supposed to be. It also wouldn't pick it up using the Instinct software on the PC. It found a few mp3s around the computer, but not the m4as.
Sorry for asking such probably silly questions. I've done a bit of searching and can't seem to find anything. It's almost like many people aren't using the Instinct for media.
