I can't stand the touch-lag, menial browswer limitations (home-screen handcuffs, no favorites, inability to toggle/save browser objects such as images), email structure, and especially the proprietary OS which prevents me from using my slingbox or using adobe mobile.

Anykind of remedy for enabling slingbox functionality, mobile flash, etc. would be greatly appreciated. I have to believe that the hackers out there have thought of some way to overcome these obstacles.

Thank you

Just move on..... Your unhappy, anyone can tell you anything to keep you from getting something else. But you'll just be delaying and covering up your dislikes. Just move on... and stop the bitching please.

I used to like the regular high tech phones, but once you go WinMo, you can never choose or be satisfied with anything less.

Just like what Iz said. Move on and just return it already. The instinct is not perfect but I am making great use of this phone. I almost bought myself a $300 navigation for my car but with the Instinct's built in navigator I don't have to.
