NOT a replacement for a Q or BB in any capacity

This phone is advertised as being able to sync
with corporate email systems through
OWA, well its been about a week, and
neither Sprint or forums or even the owners manual could help.
THe only solution a sprint rep could offer
was to "install software in windows and it will copy email to the phone"
Uhhh, NO... this is 2008, syncing email to a phone via cable doesnt equal wireless email.

I recommended the phone be returned for a
HTC Touch or Mogul or Treo 700.
Im the IT guy at work, and Ive been setting up these types of phones, I had hopes for this phone but its not going to happen.

This phone is NOT AT ALL sucessfully mimicking
the functionality of activesync or blackberry.

Otherwise for a personal phone to use with GMAI...

Yeah, the Instinct is a multimedia type phone, not business at all.

For a business phone, I recommend you get my current phone, the Motorola Q9c.
