It's not the touch screen that is innovative. It's the TYPE of touch screen, with the pinch and pull capabilities, accelerated scrolling graphics etc. It's the first of it's kind and very innovative. Until the iPhone, touch screens have always worked the same way. The Mogul might as well be a Treo.
