Well said. After all that Sprint vs. Everyone else, he failed to mention that of all the horrible shortcomings of all the other carriers, Sprint is the ONLY one not making money AND has the highest churn rate in the business. Bleeding customers like mad! Why is it that if Sprint is so damned good, they can't seem to make any money? If it were just the poor Nextel merger that everyone claims, that would not explain their coustomers leaving them in droves for all those other "miserable" (profitable) carriers.

You can brag about tech all you want but in a competetive consumer market, you must care about your customers at least as MUCH as you do about your technology.

Seems afer the initial "fanboy" reviews of the Instinct, written within an HOUR of buying the device it would seem that it's not turning out to be the iPhone killer they touted it to be. Those who have actually used the device for a day or more are starting to really talk about the shortcommings. Poor battery life, terrible browser, crappy video on SprintTV, NO MMS (Sprint Picture Mail!) Gimmie a break. Overhype the device and you set yourself up for a let down.

I handled one in a Best Buy store today the Sprint rep had and I swear it locked up on me in about 5 minutes use. Sorry but an iPhone killer it's not. PDA it is not and that in inself makes it no iPhone killer since the iPhone is a PDA with a REAL OS.
