you wanna talk about Sprint Sucks... Lets talk rollover
Verizon vs. Sprint: Honestly people could say we're the exact same company with diffrent flaws towards each other... Sprint has bad customer service (which we all know they are improving) and Verizon has much more expensive rate plans than compared to Sprint... With Sprint you can get unlimited text messaging and data with 900 min for 89.99 with nights starting at 7pm... with verizon you only get more mins but add an extra 15 or 20 per unlimited text and data feature... Coverage is the same we both have roaming agreements which are included in both companys plans... so honestly if you leave Sprint its only right if you go to Verizon and vice versa
Tmobile vs. Sprint: Wow i cant believe im about to even right this but oh well i gotta say it...With Tmobile you basically get what you pay for... yeah you pay for so many minutes but with the lack of coverage where can you actually use them...lol... Theyre like the wal-mart of the cell phone industry... they dont even stand a chance agianst Sprints coverage or data speeds... but then agian sprint has no match towards tmobiles great customer service.. but i believe it all depends who you talk to... meaning reps... you can call sprint one day and get connected to one of those reps who really do wanna help you out but then agian i guess alot of people have been getting connected to the kind of reps that just dont like work... so yeah Sprints better but tmobiles customer service rocks...
THE BIG SHOWDOWN....
CINGULAR aTT VS. SPRINT: First lets drop into coverage and all this fewest drop calls commercial BS... ATT finally steps up and gets into 3g while sprint has just launched its new 4g markets and plans to extend them nationwide by 2010... But besides that, lets take a look at this whole commercial saying best coverage... that fine print down at the bottom says on global coverage, not nationwide, so dont get confused, and remember that fewest drop calls commercial? well in the fine print of those commercials it says tested in tmobile and att coverage only so your basing it all on a gsm only network and not vs cdma which the whole nation loves... now lets look at rate plans... first off rollover... rollover is basically your unused minutes rolled over to the next month so if you go over you dont pay a overage charge correct... so basically your saying your adding and recording how many minutes your customers signed up to use and how much theyre paying lets just say 1500 mins for 89.99 but they only use 900... so they rollover 600... but the next month they use only 500 but still pay 89.99... so basically no matter what youre always gonna pay 89.99 monthly... so whats the whole use of rollover... with sprint you can always buy evtra 100 minutes for 5 dollars!!! att would be cool if you take the situation from above and not charge your customer another monthly service cause they basically used only 500 the next month and thats their rollover of the last month... so basically they never really used the new 1500 mins they were paying monthly for the next month... now lets look at overall att basically cant beat sprints plans nights could start at 6pm and include trully unlimited data and texting plans and with its great nationwide and roaming agreements...
funny a rollover commercial just came on three times during the writing of this forum post... lol... but honestly sprint customer service is the only thing bad... no company is a trully great company it all depends on your usage... every company has a flaw... Tmobile : coverage.... Verizon: still stuck on 9pm... At&T: data speeds, nationwide coverage... Sprint: Customer Service
