no wifi?
Full disclosure here, I'm a former sprint client that moved to Tmob. I have a device that has wifi and LOVE IT. If this device is so cool, why does it lack wifi?

True, WiFi would be a nice feature.
But with EV-DO Rev. A, it's not needed as much. You also got to think of other reasons, such as battery life.
Also, it's much more difficult to have Wi-Fi in a CDMA [Sprint, Verizon] phone than a GSM [AT&T, T-Mobile] phone.

I agree, WiFi would be neat, for teathering, but it's in no way necessary. You get the internet practically anywhere you get phone service.
Also, if you really need internet for your laptop (which is the only reason I can think of that you might need WiFi) you can pay $15 to teather it, or get an aircard.
