The Product of a drunken one night stand
This phone appears to be the product of a drunken one night stand between the palm rep and the firefly rep. What a piece of crap! I recieved one just a few days ago for my store and we put it on the charger and it just started rebooting over and over on its own. Ill never sell it because im selling my customer a return.

Well I work for sprint, and 5 of the reps that work here including myself have owned this phone since the day it came out. None of us have ever had a problem with it and all love it. So stop acting like an irate customer because you happen to get one defective phone.

Well i have to agree, i work at&t and this phone sucks!!!!! he's not irate, you said you work for Sprint maybe its because of phones like this that your company just laid off 4,000 employees and lost over a million customers, just saying

It's also because Sprint doesn't have any decent PDA alternatives like AT&T does.

Sprint has the Mogul which is pretty damned good, and the Touch which you either love or hate. Yes I do prefer AT&T, others think different.
