I guess you could call it a deal breaker..

I saw in a video that the top of the phone has two notches I suppose like the V9 for a belt clip..But does anyone know if that definately the case?
I really need the plastic belt clip (not a case) and have been lucky with the v3xx but would like an upgrade.

yes. At my local att store they have a belt clip holster and a belt clip leather case
