Yeah I bought it becasue the GArmin XT DVD and chip was included. That made it a great price.
You can buy them new for $500 now.

Yeah I have a friend who needs a nice phone and rather then him having to pay to upgrade he can stay month to month. The N95 is a great phone but the 82 is a much better fit for me. I don;t like sliders or clams. NO MOVING PARTS lol.

Besides I can mount it on my bike in a standard mount. Pull a condom over it and use the GPS and phone on the road even in the rain. Can't do that with the slider.
