All the shines have this issue. My sister has a silver one and it turns off by itself. My co worker has the black one and it does the same thing. Luckily, AT&T will factory warranty it out for you, due to the problem being so widespread.

I think it's an LG thing. My Manager's LG Dare was turning itself off too.
