2nd broken screen question
âšī¸ Ok I bought my silver shine on April 7, 2008. 4 weeks later, the screen was damaged. I called warranty and got a replacement. I keep my phone in my purse not in my pocket so i couldnt quite figure out how it had broken. Now, 4 weeks after I got the replacement, the screen is messed up again. I didnt drop either phone so I dont know what happened. Now I dont know if warranty will exchange this other one.
Has anyone had problems like trhis with their screen? For those that did, did you have a problem getting warranty to replace it?

My wife had the same problem with her shine too. I told her to put the phone in the clip case with the screen facing inside the case. after 4 phones she finally listen to me. She put the phone inside the clip like I said and she's had this one now for 5 months with no problem. I told her you have other items in your pocket which could hit the screen, which is basically what happen. Once she put it in the clip her problems ended......Good luck! đ
