LG Vu / CU920 / CU915

Phone gets hot

So I just got this phone last Thursday and I don't think I like it anymore. It gets really hot after being on the phone for only 15 mins, it turns off by itself and the touchscreen is not very responsive. Is anyone else having this problem? Most concerning is the phone getting hot.
