I too have the VU.I have exchanged it once already, but my second one still goes off, and the battery needs to be taken out, then replaced to turn it back on. I have an extra memory chip in my phone and I was thinking that was the reason it keeps turning off. Could this be the prblem, or should I replace my phone yet again?
