Phone won't come on?
I've had the CU920 for just over a month, this morning it needed charging and now it won't turn on? I'm trying to charge it but getting nothing?

If the phone was completely dead before you put it on the charger, it typically takes about 5 minutes of charging before anything will even display on the screen . If it wasn't fully dead and it just stopped working, then it's time to warranty exchange the phone. Of course if there is physical/liquid damage they won't warranty it and it would explain the problem.

My mother has this phone and has had to exchange it twice because it turns off and won't come on again unless you remove the battery and put it back. I'm looking for any information that others may have about this problem. Thanks

I too have the VU.I have exchanged it once already, but my second one still goes off, and the battery needs to be taken out, then replaced to turn it back on. I have an extra memory chip in my phone and I was thinking that was the reason it keeps turning off. Could this be the prblem, or should I replace my phone yet again?
