This might be a dumb question, but when I'm in Europe, if someone dials my U.S. cell number, does it automatically go to my cell in Europe, with no international country codes or anything needed?

I believe the answer is yes, if you are using the Verizon SIM. If you purchase a European SIM, then you acquire a European phone number and the answer is no.

Let me add this to my response. You will pay a lot of money to accept that call from the U.S. while using that Verizon SIM.

Yes the phone is just your normal number if using the Verizon sim. But like the other response said the rates are through the roof.
