Samsung BlackJack II SGH-i617

three times in the past two years I've had to nuke by sgh i617 due to crashes. This last time, ActiveSync tells me it's "converting" my exchange server mail certificate and all of it may not make it through to the phone. They were right. I can see the certificate in the phone file on my computer. However, I CAN'T see it on my phone and, therefore, I have no email service.

Any ideas on how to fix this would be helpful.
