Reasons why this didn't get answers sooner:
1. Heading has nothing to do with issue, nor is descriptive.
2. You gave very little information about the problem. Is your girlfriend on another carrier like Verizon? Are you in fact using the Blackjack II on AT&T?
3. Have you called AT&T Customer Service? What did they say? There is actually a setting in their Snooper software that can prevent MMS from being sent. Or even received, for that matter.
