Im a current user of a treo 650 and my dad and sister have blackberrys.

The answer is, you cannot open attatchments in the Treo, but you CAN in the Blackberry.

There are pros and cons to both phones, like there is in everything in life, Its just a matter of what better suits your life/business style.

And anyone who bad-mouths Palm for being old technology is just wasting their breath. It may be old, but it's a solid OS and has thousands of useful 3rd party apps.

I wouldn't say that Palm OS is old technology, it works wonderfully I have never had a customer come in with a problem on the PALM versions (I have been doing this for 4 years). The Windows Mobile Treo's however are horrible, that software is sooo glitchy, I hate any Win Mo phone, Treo's aren't the only ones that have problems. I currently carry a blackberry and I love it. I would go with either a Palm OS Treo or blackberry.

Motorola Q - personal phone on Verizon. Decent however it really was a disappointment.
iPhone - personal phone on AT&T - awesome device with some flaws
Blackberry Pearl 8130 - personal phone on Verizon.

Business Phones w/ Enterprise Security:
Blackberry 7100 on TMobile - aweful
Blackberry 8700 on Cingular - not bad
Blackberry Cu...
