Has anyone had this problem??
I have Verizon service and sometimes when I make or receive calls the person on the other end can hear me but I can't hear them.. I don't think it's the service I think it's my Pearl.. Has anyone else had this type of problem?? Thanks

Sounds like a microphone issue. Try to do a hard reset, remove the battery and hold the power button down for 15 seconds. I hope this works, If it doesn't then with the insurance on your phone you might have to file a new claim.
