i desperately need help
the more i use this phone the more it seems like a big piece of s#!+. the video camera doesnt record. when i press record and then stop it and try to play it back it wont play and it wont save the video if i just back out of the app. and then any music i try to play either doesnt show up or a message saying "devise media processor is busy" pops up. what is that? i seriously need help. how do i fix this??

try to remove the battery for about 30 seconds. this usually fixes the probablem. otherwise you can go to a corporate store and they can give u another one at no cost
