Deleting programs... please help!

I am trying to figure out how to delete a program that I downloaded... any help would be greatly appreciated.

to delete a program downloaded on the blackberry simply connect the device to your PC after installing the provided Blackberry desktop software. open the device manager, and de-select the item you would like to remove and click next. the application will be removed

or.....open the options application, advanced options...applications go to the application that you downloaded, push the blackberry button and go to delete.....
