How do you turn off the key sounds, I sett hem to off inthe options but when I dial it still makes a noise.

When you charge your Pearl while the unit is on is there any indictation icons to allow you to see the charging process? I know that is the unit is off it allows you to see a LED pulse, and then when charged it turns green.

What are the two yellow arrows up in the right hand corner that point up and down? I see them appear every now and then.

the sound part make sure you saved your selection if it was not saved that would be a problem.

Charging the phone you will see a little plug next the bar. Cant miss it.

The arrows are my understanding syncing emails
