i couldn't believe this but I might have a certain setting wrong on my phone, but when I type out a text it will only allow me 160 charecters! Thats hard to believe. Anyone else notice this? Can this be fixed?

The 160 character limit is on all phones for SMS messages. It is simply the maximum allowed number of characters for an SMS, on any carrier, any phone.
