Will this phone ever come to AT&T?

I have a friend who has this phone and she really likes it. I also like it, not just because it's a smartphone, but it's a lot smaller than the other smart phones out there. I am wondering if this phone will ever come to AT&T. I would love to see a GSM version of this device.

yes, the supposed launch date is Mon, February 18 for at&t
