Actually, I was asking the same question earlier but found the answer regarding pic.
You need to get bitpim. Just search the web for "bitpim download" and download this free program. I just found out that it now supports U470 (aka Juke). Read the "note" section under Samsung U470, which tells you how to access MTP Setting and switch from MTP to MSM (you need to do this in order to have bitpim read your phone). If you do this and you have the Bitpim program running at the same time that you plug Juke into the computer using USB, you will be able to access all the phone info and edit/download ringtone as well.
