ringtones

has anybody tried to email a ringtone to there phone, via xxxxxxxxxx@vzwpix.com and save it as a ringer ???

it has to be the right format. I think it is .aac but I could be wrong. Also there is a size limit and you definitely can't send an mp3.

Vandebe is correct. I have sent several ring tones to my phone and most of them were successfully received.

The best way by far to get ringtones on your phone is with bitpim; it will complain about the size but it copies them over anyway...
