Any word on the pricing or the carrier for this phone?

You will be able to buy this phone from HP directly or AT&T. If you buy it from HP the phone is unlocked so you can use it w/ any GSM carrier. The best thing about buying it through HP is that they offer a 2 to 3 year warranty w/ their phones. If I wasn't happy w/ Verizon I just wait on this phone. I have mad respect for HP products. Before I bought the BB 8830 I was using a HP 4700 which was a killer device. This phone should be a great.

HP stepped their game up b/c the last smartphone they were pushing wasn't even 3G, Blue tooth 1 and 1+ mega-pixel camera. Mad props!

It sucks azzz......No I'm just playing. I saw your Rob & Big pic. I really like the phone. The typing is much better than windows mobile phones. However, they are basically dumbed down Treos. You can open just about any file except for video. There are some files which I can't open there attachments. It will not except emails over 2MB or 3MBs. It's a really nice phone. I would say if you are very dependent on the a laptop then this phone would be a great addition. However, if you like a phone that can do it all then you might want to get windows mobile phone like the Treo or the Samsung SCH-I760 and XV6800 soon coming to Verizon since you can not edit any documents or even open them from your micro card unless you get eOffice software tha...

Probably not. I don't think CDMA versions of the previous iPAQ models were made.

No, at&t will be the only carrier that offers it. Aside from rumors of an unlocked version direct from HP but I am not certain that will materialize. at&t is in the mode of locking up exclusives for many devices lately.
