Most likely.
I'm hoping that T-Mobile will somehow get it though. its quite an upgrade from the 5310 as well, which im sure t-mobs will pick up eventually.

AT&T is renowned for having very crappy phones... Plus, I believe the XPRESSMUSIC phones are t-Mobile exclusive (correct me if i'm wrong). You could always unlock it/buy it unlocked and put an AT&T SIM in it.

AT&T are actually teaming up with Nokia to make an XPRESSMUSIC phone specifically for them. Its called Nokia XPRESSMUSIC 5800. It is said to come out next year. It will have a 5.0mp camera & an expandable memory of 16GB. It is an ONLY touch screen phone and will run off the OS of Nokia. There will also be access to the internet as well on this phone. This phone does come with a stylus, therefore the quality of the touch screen will not be as good as the iPHONE or the G1.
