Not bad though depending on the price. I don't consider phones a fashion statement so function over form wins everytime.

Maybe $200. If the N81 is $399 or less it wins.
GPS is a gadget to me. Not a must have.

And No 3G which is fine with me. I'd rather save $20 a month and use WiFi. I never liked phone Internet browsing. Small screen, limited graphics , and slower then what Im used to. I can accept that with wifi becasue it's free.
