Unfortunately no flash (yet). 
However, with the new Curve OS supporting full HTML email, a FAST web browser, a better phone book, and TONS of other features, you'll hardly notice the absense of flash. I'm running a beta version of the new OS (version 4.5.0.46) on my Curve with T-Mobile, and it is nothing short of amazing!
Here's hoping RIM and Adobe update the OS with flash support soon!
