I can't seem to sign into AIM on my Curve. When I try to, it tells to go to blackberry.com/aim and then that webpage tells me to go somewhere else and I don't know how to get it to work.

Also, for the Blackberry Messenger, when I add a contact, it says pending and it never asks authorization from the other person. I really don't know how to fix it.

If someone can help me with these two issues, I would greatly appreciate it.

for your first problem i worked with customer for nearly three days trying various things whether it be a handset wipe, or upgrading to the newest software and even almost swapping the phone out for a new one, but we came to the conclusion that it was the sim card, and to top it off the customer was deaf so this made this problem even more complicated having them come back and forth in and out of the store so i would try a new sim card before wasting yours and the reps time, plus the constant phone calls to tech support...now they might try to charge you for the sim card but explain to them that they can look in streamline and they wont find a fix and that you shouldn't have to pay for it

As for bb messenger you have to have each contact...
