LG Voyager VX-10000

I find the detachable keyboard to be a huge pain. The whole detachable keyboard thing is actually a great idea, but it just doesn't work. It's so much of a pain that you're not going to be doing it all the time. You would find yourself either using the phone one way or the other.

Plus the keyboard is so light...that it makes the main part of the phone very top-heavy. So it doesn't feel very comfortable to hold and text in that way. The buttons on the detchable keyboard are not nearly as large or satisfying to push than on a Voyager.

Now, the improvements they've made on the software in the Versa are fantastic. I really love the new ways you can customize the menus. So there are some nice improvements to the Versa...but they don't make up for it's other short comings.

The way I look at it...if I carried a Versa...I wouldn't keep the keyboard on it because one...I don't like the look or the feel of it...and two...it's a pain. And then what am I left with...a Dare with a worse camera and a smaller screen.

If the rumors are true...the Voyager 2 will have the 3.2 megapixel camera with flash that the Dare has...plus integrating all the newer software features that the Versa has, plus support for the new 16GB micro sd cards Which would really interest me because I don't carry around a digital camera and a 3.2 is nice enough to take good pictures with.

My Voyager 1 has no flash and takes horrible pictures in low-lighting or indoors. That has been my only quibble with the Voyager for the most part is the cameras performance in some circumstances.
