LG Voyager VX-10000

My contract is up with my current carrier (I have the RL-4920). I would like know how to move my 200+ contacts from this phone to a Voyager-it is the phone that I will probably get if I switch to Verizon.

I have not switched service yet and would appreciate any tips/advice on moving these contacts, as well as any "if only I'd known BEFORE I switched carriers" advice you could give.
