Call ringing volume
I purchased my Voyager 2 weeks ago. I really like the phone except for one thing: the ring volume. I have the phone volume set on high and you still can barely hear the phone ring; and my hearing is GREAT. I have taken it to the store twice, they can't figure out why. Told me to deal with it or download my own ringtones. Never heard that answer b4..always been told your downloaded ringtones are not as loud as the tones that come with the phone. I had already downloaded some ringtones, those ring even lower.
I can't seem to find the external speaker. Is there one on here? I was thinking of exchanging it for a totally different phone but trying to figure out if it's worth paying the $35 restock fee. This may sound silly, but I bought the ph...

There is no external speaker. If you record your own ringtone and text it back to the phone, you may be able to raise the sound level of the ringtone a priori using something like audacity or another sound editor. But the lack of volume for ringtones is a common complaint with this phone. Because there is no external speaker. If this is a major problem for you, you'll probably want to look for another phone.
