problems with V11

Just put v11 on my voyager & noticed it's still has glitches.I still have problems with getting onto certain sites with web,"works fine with old verison" two second delay with headset for navigator,v.v.m.if wireless headset is on & you miss a call & the voicemail comes through,the phone shuts down.I also noticed that you can't asign a ringtone for the vvm "what they have is too low even with volume all the way up" and no missed call reminder.Has anyone else had similar problems with this verison?

You said still has problems. That means only that the update didn't fix your problem. That means either you have a problem with your phone specifically, or a genuine bug. In either case, take your phone to a company store with authorized full service center. They will either give you a new/refurb phone or advise you that this is an unresolved bug and you'll have to live with it (or, advise you the phone is out of warranty and they no longer care, but that would be your fault for not getting the extended warranty).

Been there done that swapped out the phone twice and played with the demo model and all had the same glitches. Spoke to three different techs and they read a list of what the V11 software was suppose to take care of which are the glitches I am having now plus a few others. By the way these glitches are from the V09 upgrade the older software did not have these glitches. What I am trying to find out is if this is an isolated problem like with the old Motorola 700 series or if this is still a software problem that could eventually be corrected.

Time to call the 800 number support line and have them escalate to tier 2.

Anyone have any more information on this? I never got V09 because of some of tne problems I read about, it was in my daughters phone and she has had it replaced twice (mostly for cycling off and screen problems) Tucson stores don't seem to have any info. on V11.

I went from V07 to V11 a couple of weeks ago. Nice changes (visually) to the phone and it did fix a couple of bugs on V07 (improved touch response, and no power cycling noticed), however, the phone freezes (twice now) and have to remove the battery to fix it. No other problems noticed at this time. As far as getting the software upgrade, I went to a corporate store ( in NC) to get it done. It took about 1 hour and 45 minutes once the tech got the phone.
