What to get next?
What is coming out in the next few months that could compete with the Voyager? Is there a new LG smartphone coming out? Verizon only.

well the dare came out that blows the voyager away (minus the physical keyboard and mobile tv, and now with visual vm and city id) motorola is making a touchscreen phone, lg is making another one, and of course, the blackberry storm 🙂

Don't be absurd, with the v09 update, the voyager IS a dare plus keyboard. Visual voicemail, city ID, everything. In fact if you have bitpim and voyager, you have to switch to the Dare for the phone to work. There is a slightly different form factor; that's personal preference.

right, minus the 3.2 camera, highspeed video capture, 640x480 video capture, accelerometer, and 3.5mm headset jack.

can the voyager edit videos for sending? or put the clock whereever you want on the screen?
the voyager is a nice phone, and the keyboard is nice. i owned the voyager for a while. i dont think the screen works as good.

Is on-screen clock placement important to you? Buy the Dare. The firmware is the same on both phones.

Good for you. Buy the phone you want. There are a lot of choices.

glad my plan ends in nov. 2009..still have one more year! =] i know by then all the nice phones will come out and play! but if i'd make a choice now.. it'd be the voyager or blackberry storm
