Please Help!
Hello All-
I got my Voyager a few weeks ago..and being the dumbdumb that I am, left it outside overnight. It didn't rain, but when I found it the next morning, it was covered in dew. Now I'm having trouble turning it on. Sometimes it will turn on, but most of the time it won't. I don't see any water in it, I've taken out the battery a few times and tried to dry it off..I've tried holding down the power button for a minute or so, but nothing.
Does anyone have any tips or tricks on how I could fix this thing?
(Of course I didn't get insurance on it, is there a warranty?)

Nope, no warranty for water damage. Take off the battery, and check the dot next to the battery connector. If it's pink you've got water damage and your screwed.

Little pink plusses are OK. It's when it turns red that you have a problem. There is a moisture sensor both on the phone and the battery. Take it in to an authorized dealer with technicians on duty and let them look at it.

yea, little pink "+" or "*" or are okay..but if the "+" or "*" are smeared then ur screwed...but DO NOT to tell the tech. that u think its water damaged.. dont even tell them the story about u leaving it outside.. just say "it just doesnt work, wont turn on".. good luck

and if I remember right, there is a small sticker like that inside the phone also, which you can not see. Dont take the phone apart to look for it, if you do, you will void any warranty.
As said before, do not say anything about you think it could be water damaged, or you left it outside, let them find that out on their own, as if the stickers did not change, you will be fine, unless there is corriosion inside the phone, either way, let them do the work in finding the water damage, it is like a auto accident, do not volunteer information on your own, let them ask the questions.
