That is the question. I do not have any problems with my voyager. Never minded the software on it but now that there is a new software , I am considering it. Just don't know if the new features are going to make it worthwhile for all the other things that I have to do manually (add back contacts, ringtones, etc.). Was considering going to Verizon to upgrade today so any help would be fantastic!

For those of you who have upgraded...are you glad you did or do you wish that you had stuck with the original? have V07.

I have asked about what features are newer but am now wondering who upgraded and who just stuck with the original???

You would be surprised how few software issues could appear on the touch screen. I have the silver voyager v11 and it is not more buggy than any other verizon phone.

The voyager is basically just an env with a touch screen on the front. If you didn't get along wiht the env, what problems do you think the voyager will solve?

Well my Voyager had been acting up. It was shutting off by itself a few times a day on a full charged battery. I took it into the local Verizon store and they gave me a brand new phone right there on the spot. The phone I got was the Voyager Titanium model with the new software.

I had to get used to certain things not being where I am used to them being for starters. Scrolling through my contacts seems a lot slower than on the other phone. It used to zip through them. Also on my old phone the Calculator was on the shortcut screen. On the new phone its not there. You have to go to settings/tools to access it.

Everything else works just fine and I still have access to Youtube and can search and watch whatever video I want.

that being said i dont see too many people calling in about the silver phone when its a brand new phone.im still scared though to have a repeat env and im nto too found about touch screens but then again ive never tried it so hopefully b the time i can upgrade i wont have a repeat night mare!
