screen question
does anybodys outside screen dim while your using it? because sometimes i would be textin or somethin and all of a sudden it jus gets dim and dark

Your phone's screen is set to dim and turn off after a period of inactivity. The factory setting is 7 seconds. You can change this by going into Settings & Tools -> 5. Display Settings -> 2. Backlight -> 1.Display -> 2.External Backlight -> and then pick which the setting that best serves you. Now if your phone is doing this while you are literally using it, then you have a software problem that probably needs to be looked at by someone at Verizon.
