I was told by a Verzion rep when I bought my phone that I could put music from iTunes onto my phone. I think I would need to change the format of the song over to a MP3 file first. Has anyone done this?

Sure can! Just drag and drop the songs on to your memory card, or use the V Cast Music Manager. No need to convert.

I tried the Drag and Drop and it worked but when I play the songs back on the phone it will say Unable to play clip. The weird thing is there are 2 files of the same song. One will NOT play and the other WILL play! Maybe I need to use the Music Manager after all but I am using a Mac computer and it may or may not be compatible.

It won't play Apple DRM locked tunes, so only CDs you rip yourself will be playable. Things you purchased from the iTunes store won't be.

Thats not true. I have 2 songs on my phone right now that I bought from iTunes store and they DO play. For some reason i have 2 files of the same song when I dragged them to my SD card. One WILL play and the other will not play. I havent tried deleting the one that won't play yet to see if the other will still play!
