HELP! Locked text messages
Hi Guys,
I'm on my 2nd voyager and having yet another problem... This time its w/ my text messages. When i lock a sent text message it erases all the info that was there and keeps a locked message that is an old text that i sent. Even text that have already been deleted. Shoudl i take it into the store? Anyone else experience this?

i had something similar happen with my locked messages. i would lock a message and then i would go back to look at it, it would be a different message. i would go to unlock it. and it would say it was already unlocked. eventually the problem worked itself out but i lost those locked messages. I havent had any other problems since then though

Should i take it down to the store? Do you think they will replace my phone? What did you do? It's bothering me. i called the 1800# and they told me to take it down to a store and have a tech look at it.

The 1-800# recommended you take it to a Tech at the Store. The Tech should be able to duplicate what you have found. If so, they will provide satisfaction for you.

i totally have been having the same problem.
it's so annoying.
another problem i've been having is that i locked a message in my inbox and a message in my sent.
but i've had them for a while so i want to unlock them and erase them.
but for some reason it wont let me unlock it.
it says "message unlocked" and then it's still locked and it wont erase.
can anyone help me out?
