Loading MP3s
Is it me or does loading songs on this take FOREVER. And by for ever I mean it's been hours, probably around 8-10 of them now, and this damn thing is still synchronizing music. Granted it's 8 gigs but I dropped 8 gigs on to the card twice and had to erase it because the phone didn't read it and I had to go this route to get the songs on there. When I dragged and dropped it took about 10 minutes.
Is there a faster way or is this pitiful way the only way to do it? It's killing me. For real, it's raising my blood pressure to a level that can't be too healthy, so in essence it's killing me.

Use a card reader. Loads them fast. Only problem is you won't get the album cover art. You will need a special card reader because of the 8 gig format and old card readers will not see the card. San disk has one for about 29.99. Hope that helps 🙂

There is a card reader that came with it but when I dropped the files to the folder they didn't read in the phone. I'll give it another go. This method straight up sucks though.

You might have something wrong with you phone. I didn't have any problem at all. My music transfered over fairly fast.

Well, that's some pretty good news. It sounds like a possibility, though honestly.
I dropped the files directly into the folder without and issue until I put it back into my phone and went to listen to music and it needed to add the files to the database and that took forever. Then when it kept adding those files every time I tried to listen to the MP3 player and taking forever in doing so I just tried to recreate the database, which, in turn, to an extremely long time. It took so long it was painful. Honestly it probably took 10-12 minutes to re-do the database and usually takes 3-5 minutes to load the MP3 player up.
As much as I like this phone I can't be having this crap every time I go to use it.
