Anyone know about unlocking this phone? AND..

I just got an ipod touch and put so much extra crap on it and its AMAZING. Love my phone but wondering if their are any possibilities out there :-)

Verizon still has there systems locked, but I did figure out through a brilliant howardforums.com post how to play internet radio and my xm radio account through my voyager. All you need to do is download mycast.orb.com to your pc then login in through your mobile web. Change the settings from the mobile web and wallah it streams internet radio right through the phone. Do a search for it on howardforums on more detailed instructions.
On a side note though, I planned on getting a itouch for x-mas. What kind of 3rd party apps were u able to put on?

Yeah the orb thing is awesome, has worked well for me too, but that's about the only thing I know worthy as of now to put on the Voyager.

Oh, its great. I added a whole bunch of nintendo games and a flashlight which is very handy outside getting to the car, a power hour thing that takes 60 songs randomly for a minute which is great!, tic tac toe, blackjack, new wall papers, etc etc etc. Its great and the internet and you tube really are phenomenol

I did everything through 3rd party apps. It really is pretty amazing and I never thought I would be in my 20's taking advice from 10 year olds on Youtube lol. You have to downgrade to 1.1.1 and then install the installer on to the ipod. THEN reinstall 1.1.2 and you get to add all these great apps 🙂 To install NES programs is another step and you have to install "ROMs" aka the actual games from theoldcomputer.com . All very cool and take a couple hours to figure it out. It works tho!

oh goodness lol...well lets see. I figured everything out from Youtube. 4 nintendo you have to get WinSCP (dont get that Cute FTP Professinal bc it just didntwork). And then they show you how to hack into it. That is for installing Nintendo. I have installed tetris, mario, duck hunt, and some others and they are all great! (you will need to jailbreak 1st tho)
In regards to the Installer which is what you will need 1st...you have to downgrade to version 1.1.1 then you have to install the Installer. THEN you have to reupgrade to 1.1.2 which is easy and can be done through itunes. Then thats really it.
