problem with alert sounds
For some reason after I set a ringtone for my alerts, it does not always work. I have to turn the phone off and back on again. It works for a couple of texts or mms, than it stops sounding and the only way I know I have a message is by the reminder tone I have assigned. Is this happening to anyone else?

I have same issue with text and pix messages. Sometimes my doorbell alert goes off, sometimes I only get the vibrate and then the reminder tone. No idea.....

i have the same problem. Its hit or miss. this includes the read out loud setting. some times it will alert will work and it won't read it out loud. Even if the alert works it will read out half of it.

I had same problem, and found that when I have messaging set for auto view the sound doesn't work all the. Changed it and now it will alert me with ring tone i selected. Didn't have this problem with Env, had tone plus auto view
