Here is the latest news on release date...
So I called the store here in CSprings to see if they had a demo to play with (seeing how all you guys have got to play with one) and they said no, but they would probably be getting one next week...before it gets released after thanksgiving.......I told her the website said that it is getting released on the 21st, and she said no, it will be after thanksgiving... I think she was either wrong or was telling me the store release date...anyways, I would as one of the verizon people on here, but it seems none of them have the correct answer...they sure are doing a horrible job with the lack of information they are supplying their own employees.

From what I have heard is that the corp stores are getting the phone after the online release dates.
Don't fret about the person you talked to not knowing or not telling you all the information you wanted.
VZW does a pretty good job of keeping the majority of us reps in the dark until release time. Mainly because they don't want us sending potential customers away so that they can "wait for something cool."

Thats what I figured... as long as I get my preorder on time I will be happy...crossing my fingers though!

at least in my area there is a huge push behind these phones(voyager, venus, and the pearly) i got at least 10 emails today regarding these phones. demo readiness, employee training, release dates and such. not sure how anyone could be unaware of the release dates at this point.

The Voyager is set to release in Corp Stores on Nov. 21st The Venus is set to release on the 17th.

Yeah, it's weird, they don't have a dummy phone or anything. Maybe they aren't getting theirs until Thanksgiving. Like I said in an area with mobile TV you would think they would be pushing it.
